After the my grandmothers inability to walk happen, she became very cold and depressed. I decided to let her stay in... Zenvilla because I cant make time to care for her 24/7 and I wanted her to be with more people. Now my mother is feeling much better and she always has a smile on her face. Thank you very much to ZenVilla for your absolute service to my mum who suffering from stage 2 bedsore. ZenVilla... provide me peace of mind with their experience nurses , doctors and reasonable charges. They not only wound dressing my mum and at the same times help her to change her diaper as my mum unable to walk. In addition, also guide her about the hygiene. Every day , i will get a report from the ZenVilla via Whatsapp so that i will know the progress of the wound healing. I also would like to thank you to Dr Niew and Ms Carmen, they are a good-hearted person and always attended to me every time i texted them even though at night and she always try their best to sort it out for me. The Dr and nurse in charge - offering a special wound care for my mother ( 86 years old) who has a terrible bedsore... after discharge from hospital . Bravo to ZenVilla management and all their tireless staff for doing a good job. Initially our mum who is very... introverted and reluctant to be put into a home, she has now happily settled in. Besides the standard care, ZenVilla provided in-house qualified doctor consultations and free medical test such as COVID-19. We are happy that there are daily exercises and mentally stimulating activities to keep our mum active and happy. We are grateful especially during this long MCO period, ZenVilla has implemented emergency precautionary measures for visitors to ensure all the occupants are protected against possible infection. Regular feedbacks and videoclips of their daily activities received on WhatsApp are very much appreciated.
